目的了解北京市某区学校内温开水机应用及管理现状。方法自行设计调查问卷,以现场调查的方式对辖区内中小学校温开水机安装和使用现状进行调查。结果回收辖区内117所中小学有效问卷中,安装温开水机的100所,正常使用的86所,占74%,有过滤净化功能的65所,有过滤+消毒功能的13所,8所仅具备加热功能,不具备过滤+消毒工艺;76所学校有更换滤芯及定期维护记录,占88%,64所学校温开水设备具备涉水产品卫生许可批件且在有效期,占74%,60所学校温开水设备专人专管,占70%,26所中小学校具备2013年水质监测报告,占30%。结论该区学校温开水机过滤净化功能尚不完全符合辖区水质特点,管理水平有待提高,有关部门应加强对学校饮水的监督管理与卫生监测。
Objective To understand the current status of application and management of internal water warmers in a district of Beijing. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were surveyed to investigate the installation and use of warm water dispensers in the districts and schools in the area under investigation. Results Among the 117 valid questionnaires in the jurisdiction’s area, 100 were installed with warm water dispensers, 86 were normal use, accounting for 74%, 65 with filtration and purification functions, 13 with filtration + disinfection functions, and 8 only With heating function, there is no filtration + disinfection process; 76 schools have replacement filter cartridges and regular maintenance records, accounting for 88%, 64 schools of warm water equipment with wading products hygiene license approval documents and in the validity period, accounting for 74%, 60 schools 70% of the water warming equipment is dedicated to the management of special equipment. 26 primary and secondary schools have 2013 water quality monitoring reports, accounting for 30%. [Conclusion] The filtering and purifying functions of the school’s temperature-controlled water-heating machine in this area are not yet fully in line with the water quality characteristics of the area. The management level needs to be improved. The relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and management of drinking water in the school and hygiene monitoring.
