中国家族企业正在经历一个近代历史上罕见的大规模传承的特殊历史时期,如何跨越代际传承中家族企业主与职业经理人之间的信任鸿沟成为一个亟待解决的问题。在中国特殊的制度背景和文化环境下,要彻底突破家族企业发展的瓶颈,照搬西方的经验是不行的。本文从中国文化入手,通过对中国古代行政管理制度与现代家族企业公司治理制度的比较研究,探索基于中国文化的公司治理制度创新,旨在为当代家族企业解决委托代理问题提供参考。
Chinese family-owned enterprises are experiencing a special historical period of rare and large-scale inheritance in modern history. How to bridge the trust gap between family-owned business owners and professional managers in intergenerational succession has become an urgent problem to be solved. Under the special institutional background and cultural environment in China, it is impossible to completely break the bottleneck of the development of family-owned enterprises and copy the experience of the West. Starting from the Chinese culture, this article explores the innovation of corporate governance system based on Chinese culture by comparing the ancient Chinese administrative system and the modern family-owned company governance system, aiming to provide a reference for the contemporary family-owned enterprises to solve the principal-agent problem.
