目的了解农村养殖人群布病防治知识知晓情况及防护措施,为制定针对性的健康教育及重点防护措施提供依据。方法自行设计问卷,应用现况研究中多阶段分层随机抽样方法,采用Epi Data3.0建立数据库,SPSS13.0对数据进行统计分析。结果本次调查191人,布病防治知识总体知晓率为47.97%,传播途径、临床表现方面的知晓率较低,分别为34.62%、29.81%;行为习惯方面,洗手行为良好,打扫羊圈、接触病羊、手上有伤口接触羊使用防护用具少;布病防治知识得分与行为习惯得分及格率有差异,行为习惯得分落后于防治知识得分;布病防治知识是行为习惯的影响因素。结论渭南市农村养殖人员布病防治知识知晓率低,行为习惯不好,需要提高养殖人员的防治知识知晓率,改善不良的行为习惯。
Objective To understand the status of prevention and treatment of brucellosis in rural aquaculture population and its preventive measures, and to provide the basis for formulating targeted health education and key protective measures. Methods The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. The multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used in the current research. Epi Data3.0 was used to establish the database and SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the data. Results 191 people were surveyed, the overall awareness rate of prevention and treatment of brucellosis was 47.97%, and the awareness of transmission routes and clinical manifestations was relatively low, accounting for 34.62% and 29.81% respectively. In terms of behavior habit, the behavior of washing hands was good, Contact sick sheep, the hands of the wounds exposed sheep use less protective equipment; cloth disease prevention and control knowledge scores and behavioral habits have different scores and passing rate, behavioral habits score behind the prevention and control score; knowledge of brucellosis prevention and control behavior is the behavior of factors. Conclusion Weinan rural farmers awareness of brucellosis prevention and control knowledge is low, habits are not good, need to raise awareness of prevention and control of aquaculture personnel to improve the bad habits.
