在解剖一男性童尸下肢时,见有动脉支穿过胫神经和腓总神经之间。标本从髂前上棘到内踝尖长度为66cm,从股骨大转子到股骨外侧髀长度为30cm.剥离所见;左下肢,坐骨神经出自梨状肌下孔,位于臀下动脉的外侧,包绕薄层结缔组织,自成一束,在臀大肌下间隙内下行,达到股骨大转子与坐骨结节连线的内2/5与3/5分界处,明显分为胫神经和腓总神经。两神经之间隔以薄层结缔组织,并有小静脉行于其背侧。穿行于神经间的动脉支来源于股深动脉发出的第一穿动脉。第一穿动脉向后径过耻骨肌与短收肌之间.穿过大收肌,在股骨中上1/3交界亦即股骨大转子下10cm处于腓总神经的外侧向后穿
When dissecting a lower limb of a male child, an artery branch is seen passing between the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve. Specimens from the anterior superior iliac spine to the medial malleolus tip length of 66cm, from the greater trochanter to the femoral lateral 髀 length of 30cm.
