本病比较少见,我科于1970～1974年在同一家族中发现两例,报告如下。例一:女,10个月,1970年3月5日入院,住院号57751。病儿系第二胎,足月顺产,母乳喂养,2个月会笑,4个月可翻身,7个月可坐,但发现坐的时间很短即向前或两侧倾倒,不会爬,不能扶立,不会举步,10个月时会叫爸、妈,常有腹泻及发烧,其母妊娠期“感冒”一次。体查:发育及营养中等,智力与同龄儿无明显差别,欠活泼,方颅,枕部无乒乓球感,胸廓对称,肋缘轻度外翻,上肢活动尚好,下肢肌张力明显减低,松弛无力,不能抬举及站立,腱反射消失,痛觉存在,未引出病理反射。血钙10.5毫克％,磷5.65毫克％,碱性磷酸酶1.75单位。
