目的:总结盐酸特比萘芬乳膏含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对盐酸特比萘芬乳膏中的盐酸特比萘芬含量进行测定。结果:盐酸特比萘芬在0.0803～0.3213mg.ml-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好,其相关系数为0.9998,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD值为0.30%。结论:采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸特比萘芬乳膏中盐酸特比萘芬的含量具有准确、精密和稳定等优点。若将此方法应用于制药行业,则可有助于对盐酸特比萘芬乳膏的质量控制。
Objective: To summarize the determination of terbinafine hydrochloride cream. Methods: The content of terbinafine hydrochloride in terbinafine hydrochloride cream was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: Terbinafine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 0.0803 ~ 0.3213mg.ml-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998, with an average recovery of 100.0% and RSD of 0.30%. Conclusion: The determination of terbinafine hydrochloride in terbinafine hydrochloride cream by HPLC has the advantages of accuracy, precision and stability. If this method is applied to the pharmaceutical industry, it may be helpful for the quality control of terbinafine hydrochloride cream.
