为寻找大蒜对幽门螺杆菌(HP)抑菌作用的实验依据.对不同剂型大蒜进行了对HP的抑菌试验,并以铋剂、阿莫西林、甲硝唑、替硝唑、痢特灵、奥美拉唑和兰索拉唑等作抑菌对比;同时与上述药物进行联合抑菌试验。结果表明,大蒜对HP确有明显抑菌作用.并随其浓度升高而增强;大蒜提取液与阿莫西林有相互协同作用;与痢特灵、甲硝唑、替硝唑和铋剂联合有相互累加作用;与思密达、洛赛克和达克普隆联合也有一定累加作用。研究提示大蒜是一种新的抗HP药物。
In order to find the experimental basis of the antibacterial effect of garlic on Helicobacter pylori (HP). Antibacterial tests on HP were performed on different formulations of garlic, and barium, amoxicillin, metronidazole, tinidazole, furazolidone, omeprazole, and lansoprazole were used for antibacterial comparison. Combined antibacterial test with the above drugs. The results showed that garlic has a significant antibacterial effect on HP. And with its concentration increased; garlic extract and amoxicillin have a synergistic effect; and furazolidone, metronidazole, tinidazole and tincture have a mutual additive effect; and Smecta, Losec Combined with Dakplong also has a cumulative effect. Studies suggest that garlic is a new anti-HP drug.
