通过对不同浇注温度下液态模锻制件组织及性能的研究,得出AZ31制件模锻时最佳浇注温度。采用拉伸试验机、金相显微镜、扫描电镜分别对其力学性能、微观组织、断口形貌进行观察。结果表明:浇注温度为690℃左右时,AZ31制件的抗拉强度、致密度达到最大,分别为277MPa、2.199。在一定浇注温度范围内,随着浇注温度升高,试样的晶粒明显细化,抗拉强度以及致密度逐渐增大。
Through the study of microstructure and properties of liquid die forging at different pouring temperatures, the best pouring temperature of die forging AZ31 was obtained. Tensile testing machine, metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope were used to observe their mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology respectively. The results show that when the pouring temperature is about 690 ℃, the tensile strength and density of AZ31 parts reach the maximum, which are respectively 277MPa and 2.199. In a certain pouring temperature range, with the pouring temperature increases, the grain of the sample is obviously refined, the tensile strength and the density gradually increase.
