针对PCCP管道内接口渗漏常规处理工艺存在的不足,提出了PU注浆止漏+快速填充抗渗剂的工艺方法。就PCCP管道单接口打压时出现的内漏、外漏、内外漏(无渗水)、内外漏(有渗水)四种情况,分别采用不同工艺方法进行处理。所提出的接口预埋针头注胶工艺成功解决了渗漏处理后无法验证的问题,打压孔高压注胶工艺成功解决了外水内渗管道无法使用聚硫密封胶封堵的问题,以上工艺方法在实际施工过程中使用效果明显。
Aiming at the shortcomings of conventional PCFC pipe leakage process, a new technology of PU grouting to stop leakage and fast infiltrating agent was proposed. In case of PCCP pipeline single interface, there are four kinds of internal leakage, external leakage, internal and external leakage (no seepage) and internal and external leakage (seepage seepage), which are respectively treated by different technological methods. The proposed interface injection needle impregnation process successfully solve the problem of leakage can not be verified after the injection hole high pressure plastic injection process successfully solve the external water infiltration pipeline can not use polysulfide sealant blocking the problems of the above process The actual use of the construction process is obvious.
