价格问题可以说是零售终端遇到最多、最核心也最令卖者感到棘手的问题。可以这么说,价格谈判是卖者心头永远的痛!所以掌握一些报价及讨价还价的技巧,对一个导购来说必不可少。可很多导购往往都会抱怨产品的价格定得太高,认为只要把价格降下来,顾客就能接受。其实不然,因为“顾客并不喜欢买便宜的产品,而是喜欢买占便宜的产品”。所以讨价还价的关键,就是要给顾客一种“占便宜”的感觉。至于实际上有没有占到便宜,对顾客来说并不太重要,但是对我们卖者却非常重要。
