为了分析水泥剂量、橡胶粉粒径及掺量3因素对水泥稳定碎石强度的影响,利用3因素3水平正交方法设计试验,通过无侧限抗压强度试验分析不同水泥剂量、不同橡胶粉粒径及掺量对水泥稳定碎石强度的影响规律。试验结果表明:橡胶粉粒对水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度的影响最大,橡胶粉掺量的影响次之,水泥剂量的影响最小。以水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度为控制指标,确定了水泥剂量、橡胶粉粒径及掺量3因素之间的匹配关系。
In order to analyze the influence of cement dosage, particle size and dosage of rubber powder on the strength of cement stabilized macadam, orthogonal design with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted. Through different unconfined compressive strength tests, different cement dosages, different rubber powders Influence of particle size and content on the strength of cement stabilized macadam. The experimental results show that rubber powder has the most significant impact on the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam, and the influence of rubber powder dosage is the second, and the effect of cement dosage is the least. Taking the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam as control index, the matching relationship between the dosage of cement, the particle size of rubber powder and the dosage of three factors was determined.
