随着我国离婚率的不断升高,生活在单亲家庭中的未成年人越来越多,这些单亲家庭中的未成年人顺利成长必备的天然保护机制被人为破坏,他们或生活在贫困中,或由于缺少父爱或母爱而产生不同程度的心理障碍,以致在社会化过程中出现这样或那样的问题,从而表现出自我戗害或危害他人的行为,成为不良少年,严重者触犯刑律,身陷囹圄。单亲家庭未成年犯罪的社会危害性,从宏观上看,关系到社会的稳定和国家的未来;就微观而言,对该类犯罪主体处理不当,很容易使其再次步入更加严重的犯罪泥潭,使本就不幸的家庭雪上加霜。因此,应该从制度设计和人文关怀等多个方面注重对他们的保护和救助,以期矫正不良行为,预防未成年犯罪。
