目的探讨平山病的临床及神经电生理特点。方法观察38例平山病患者的特殊临床表现,检测双侧上肢远端及下肢常规肌电图及周围神经传导速度。结果 38例患者均为青春期起病,病变均表现为上肢远端肌肉、骨间肌、鱼际肌萎缩和双手厥冷无力。肌电图检查示患者受累侧远端肌运动单位平均时限宽,多相波增多,波幅显著增高。结论平山病主要发生在青春期,临床表现和肌电图检查提示局限于下位颈髓的前角病变。
Objective To explore the clinical and neurophysiological features of Pingshan disease. Methods The clinical manifestations of 38 patients with piedmont disease were observed, and the routine electromyography and peripheral nerve conduction velocity of the distal and lower extremities of bilateral upper limbs were measured. Results 38 patients were onset of puberty, lesions were manifested as distal upper limb muscles, interosseous muscle, muscle atrophy and dysfunction of both hands. EMG examination showed that patients with involvement of the distal muscle movement unit wide duration, polyphase wave increased amplitude was significantly higher. Conclusion Pingshan disease mainly occurs in adolescence. The clinical manifestations and EMG examination are limited to the anterior horn lesion of lower cervical spinal cord.
