With the visual electrophysiological examination of optic atrophy, visual evoked potential test has become the most commonly used means of visual electrophysiology. Visual evoked potentials according to their different ways of stimulation can be divided into flash visual evoked potential (FVEP) and visual evoked potential (P-VEP). Examination of PVEP requires that the subject have good vision to be able to see the pattern used as a visual stimulus to produce an effective view
