我厂是国家大型骨干企业之一,生产大型谷物联合收割机,有国家农机行业排头兵之称。先后被评为省六好企业,省级先进企业、省级文明厂。产品质量好,连获国家3块银牌;产品不仅替代了进口,还远销国外。取得这样的成绩,重要一条就是抓了全厂职工的培训工作。几年来,我们在岗位培训工作中,采取规范化岗位培训与应急性岗位培训相结合的措施,对全厂职工进行岗位培训,规范化岗位培训共培训了886人,其中获证者为604人;应急性岗位培训共培训了15000多人次。在培训中做到规范化培训突出重点;应急性培训全
