大白鼠变态反应性关节炎与人的类风湿性关节炎极相似。我们在复制变态反应性关节炎模型的基础上,现将“辽宁十号”对其影响的研究初步结果,报告如下: 一、大白鼠变态反应性关节炎模型制造实验方法:实验组用20只体重为170~250克成年大白鼠,于右后足掌皮内及皮下注射H_(37)Rv人型结核菌石腊混悬液0.1毫升(含3毫克死的结核菌)。对照组用20只大白鼠右后足掌皮内及皮下注射等量液体石腊。自注射日起每天测量左右后足掌厚度。连续19天。以后继续喂养到45天拍X片。结果:1.肢体局部肿胀变化:模型动物肢体肿胀变化发展情况见图1。
Rat allergic arthritis is very similar to human rheumatoid arthritis. In the control group, 20 rats were injected with the same amount of liquid paraffin in the palm of the right hind paw and subcutaneously. The thickness of the left and right hind paws was measured daily from the day of injection. For 19 consecutive days. Afterwards continue feeding until 45 days to shoot X-rays. Results: 1. Changes in local swelling of the limbs: The development of changes in limb swelling of model animals is shown in Figure 1.
