目的:研究幼年复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤(JORRP)患儿血清中IL-4、IFN-γ、IL-32的表达水平与JORRP发病机制的关系。方法:通过ELISA法检测15例JORRP患儿血清的IL-4、IFN-γ、IL-32的表达水平并进行统计学分析。结果:JORRP组血清IL-4浓度(524.65±147.77)pg/ml显著高于正常对照组(213.27±87.48)pg/ml(P<0.01);JORRP组血清IFN-γ浓度(2.87±0.84)pg/ml低于正常对照组(10.63±5.09)pg/ml(P<0.01);JORRP组血清IL-32浓度(2.47±1.60)pg/ml低于正常对照组(9.08±2.66)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论:①Th2类细胞因子IL-4在JORRP患儿血清中浓度升高,而Th1类细胞因子IFN-γ浓度下降,JORRP患儿外周循环中Th1/Th2细胞免疫失衡;②JORRP患儿Th1/Th2细胞免疫失衡可能引起促炎因子IL-32浓度的降低,不能产生足够的炎症刺激引起免疫反应清除人乳头状瘤病毒。
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of IL-4, IFN-γ, IL-32 and the pathogenesis of JORRP in juvenile recurrent respiratory papilloma (JORRP). Methods: The serum levels of IL-4, IFN-γ and IL-32 in 15 children with JORRP were detected by ELISA and analyzed statistically. Results: The serum level of IL-4 in JORRP group (524.65 ± 147.77) pg / ml was significantly higher than that in normal control group (213.27 ± 87.48) pg / ml (P <0.01) / ml was lower than that of the normal control group (10.63 ± 5.09 pg / ml) (P <0.01). The serum IL-32 concentration of the JORRP group (2.47 ± 1.60) pg / ml was lower than that of the normal control group (9.08 ± 2.66) pg / P <0.01). Conclusions: ①Th2 cytokine IL-4 in JORRP children with elevated serum concentrations, and Th1 cytokines IFN-γ levels decreased, JORRP children with peripheral circulation Th1 / Th2 immune imbalance; ②JORRP children with Th1 / Th2 cells Immune imbalance may cause decreased pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-32 concentration, can not produce enough inflammation to stimulate the immune response to clear the human papilloma virus.
