患者孙×女36岁护士1985年7月因扁桃体炎口服复方新诺明2片,1小时后两眼疼痛,流泪、有异物感。患者本人认为是患“红眼病”继续口服复方新诺明3天,双眼睑明显肿胀、并有疼痛、流泪,自行滴用氯雷素眼药水1日10余次半月后治愈。85年10月又因扁桃体炎口服复方新诺明2片,1小时后出现上述相同症状。眼科检查:双眼睑充血明显肿胀,球结膜充血(++)、水肿(++)、角膜透明,前房正常,裂隙灯
