目的:观察施用几种氮肥0~20天对蔬菜硝酸盐的影响。方法:采用UV法检测菜豆、辣椒、白菜、生菜在施用复合肥、尿素、农家肥后体内硝酸盐的变化。结果:在施肥5~10天,菜豆、辣椒硝酸盐含量超标,影响程度:复合肥﹥尿素﹥农家肥。结论:蔬菜体内的硝酸盐含量与施肥种类及采收时间成正相关。
Objective: To observe the effect of several nitrogenous fertilizers on the nitrate in vegetables from 0 to 20 days. Methods: The changes of nitrate in the body of peas, peppers, cabbage and lettuce after application of compound fertilizer, urea and peasant fertilizer were detected by UV method. Results: In the period of 5 to 10 days of fertilization, the content of nitrate in the kidney bean and pepper exceeded the standard. The influence degree was: compound fertilizer> urea> peasant fertilizer. Conclusion: The content of nitrate in vegetables is positively correlated with the types of fertilizers and harvest time.
