2013年9月11日至10月1日,笔者带领14名企业创新创业高层次人才在美国旧金山、圣地亚哥和洛杉矶参加了为期21天的创新创业培训,感悟颇多。主要特点一是教学内容丰富,针对性强。学习课程包含了以创新为主体的全球发展战略,世界高新技术最前沿的硅谷发展模式,美国企业管理、运营、竞争、与创新模式,金融业的管理体制、发展现状与竞争模式,产品品牌设计,产品技术革新等诸方面知识。在世界著名的高等学府斯坦福大学、圣何塞州立大学、加州大学圣地亚哥分校,先后听取了艾伯哈特教授的《创新与企业战略》、克萨瑞博士的《新兴市场制造及服务业与国际化》、拜驰教授的《中国企业的品牌战略》、弗朗西斯博士的《全球商业战略》、祝效国教授的《信息时代的创新战略》等专题讲座。二是深入公司(企业),实地考察耳目一新。实地考察了世界著名的科
