由两根平行放置的皮托管作为测压探针,硅压阻传感器作为压力敏感元件组合成的流速探头,尺寸小,动态频响良好(士1dB频带宽为1200Hz),适用于一维的动态流速测量。配套用的放大器设有温度和频率补偿及线性化电路,可得到线性的输出信号。在国管和明槽内进行的断面流速分布量测结果与理论计算值以及其它仪器的实测资料能较好地符合。在雷诺数不大的情况下可以测出边界底层内的紊动强度分布。
Two parallel Pitot tubes are used as the pressure-measuring probe. The silicon piezoresistive sensor is used as the pressure-sensing element to combine the flow rate probe. It has the advantages of small size and good dynamic frequency response (± 1dB frequency bandwidth 1200Hz). It is suitable for one-dimensional dynamic Flow rate measurement. Supporting the amplifier with temperature and frequency compensation and linearization circuit can be linear output signal. The measured results of cross-section flow velocity distribution in the national pipe and the bright trough are in good agreement with the theoretical values and the measured data of other instruments. Under the condition of small Reynolds number, the distribution of turbulence intensity in the bottom of the boundary can be measured.
