“乌龙探爪”导引法原文rn治腰腿疼痛.rn坐舒两脚,两手向前与足齐,来往行功,运气一十九口.rn简析rn此式主治腰腿疼痛.腰腿痛可由肾虚、腰肌劳损、风寒湿阻滞经络等所引起,此式是通过拉伸膀胱经与挤压肾府,同时配合呼吸运气通畅经络,达到补肾祛邪的作用,从而使腰腿痛康复.
