为了提高水泥厂、粉磨站的生产效率,达到生产过程节能降耗的目的,采用预测-模糊控制器对联合粉磨系统进行了优化控制,在联合粉磨系统工况稳定的时候采用预测控制器进行控制,使球磨机处于最优的工作状态,保证球磨机内负荷的稳定,当系统产生大的扰动时,切换到模糊控制方法对关键设备参数进行自动调节,此时的控制目标是保证整个粉磨系统的稳定。文中分析了预测控制与模糊控制进行切换的条件,介绍了软件采用的控制周期,及每种控制周期适用的工况等。现场运行表明,该控制系统提高了粉磨系统的生产效率,降低了生产过程的电耗,具有较强的实用价值。
