我厂自今年九月份起,在制坯、烧砖两个工段,16个工种,302个工人中实行了计件工资制。现将基本作法介绍如下:一、做好准备,逐步推行。我们首先在任务饱满、原材料供应正常、能够迅速制定定额,又是保证全厂任务的重要环节先试行,对其他工种积极准备,待条件成熟后,再逐步推广。二、制定先进合理的劳动定额。这是推行计件工资的基础。如何来确定定额水平?开始时争论很多:有人主张以现在实际水平做为定额;有人认为应按1957年水平。经过充分讨论后,确定要根据现在设备状况、工人技术水
