我厂原离心铸造机是为浇铸φ350缸套(模具和缸套毛坯总重1.5t)而设计的,现要浇注φ400缸套(模具和缸套毛坯总重3t),在功率、转速、结构、控制等方面均不能满足生产要求,故对其进行了改进。改造后的离心机整体结构仍为卧式滚轮结构,见图1所示,控制部分改用可控硅控制电路,以实现直流电机的无级调速。现将这次改进的几个主要环节予以介绍。
