目的:采用不同频率的脉冲电磁场干预骨保护素基因敲除小鼠骨质疏松模型,探讨脉冲电磁场治疗骨质疏松的适宜频率。方法:8周龄雌雄各半骨保护素基因敲除小鼠30只,随机分为A,B,C组,每组各10只,A组为对照组,不进行干预;B组小鼠每天在强度为4 mT,频率为8 Hz的磁场中照射治疗20 min,共30 d;C组小鼠每天在强度为4mT,频率为32 Hz的磁场中照射治疗20 min,共30 d。各组小鼠在治疗前及治疗30 d后用双能X线检测骨密度值。结果:治疗后B,C组骨密度值与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B,C组骨密度值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脉冲电磁场对骨保护素基因敲除小鼠骨质疏松有治疗效果,频率为8~32 Hz的磁场治疗疗效相同。
OBJECTIVE: To study the osteoporosis model of osteoprotegerin knockout mice by using pulsed electromagnetic fields of different frequencies and to explore the appropriate frequency of pulsed electromagnetic fields for treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: Thirty osteoprotegerin knockout mice of 8 weeks old were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, 10 in each group. Group A was control group without intervention. Group B In the magnetic field of intensity 4 mT and frequency 8 Hz, irradiation was performed for 20 min for 30 d. The mice in group C were exposed to a magnetic field of intensity 4 mT and frequency 32 Hz for 20 min every day for 30 days. Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured by dual energy X-ray before treatment and 30 days after treatment in each group of mice. Results: There was significant difference between group B and group C after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in BMD between group B and group C (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: Pulsed electromagnetic fields have therapeutic effects on osteoprotegerin knockout mice. The therapeutic effect of magnetic field with frequency of 8 ~ 32 Hz is the same.
