医学统计是进行医药卫生科学研究的重要理论与方法,它对提高医疗予防和医学科研质量有十分重要的意义。本文对某医药杂志3年共23期文章中有关医学统计学的使用情况作了探讨分析。在所阅的文章中应用统计方法的使用率为58.35％;从资料性质看,以计数资料为多占45.66％;就各种统计方法的使用情况来看,以统计表的使用率最高为69.45％,其次为t或u检验。同时,还就其中统计方法的误用情况作了简单剖析,值得注意的是大多数误用出现在某些最基本的统计方法上。为此,建议无论是对医学院校还是对在职医务工作者,应进一步加强医学统计学基础知识的学习,这样对提高我们的医药卫生学科研论文的质量是十分有益的。
Medical statistics is an important theory and method for scientific research in medicine and health. It is of great significance to improving the quality of medical prevention and medical research. This article discusses the use of medical statistics in 23 articles of a medical journal for a total of 3 years. The utilization rate of the statistical methods used in the articles reviewed was 58.35%; from the nature of data, the count data accounted for 45.66%; in terms of the use of various statistical methods, the highest utilization rate of statistical tables was 69.45. %, followed by the t or u test. At the same time, a brief analysis of the misuse of the statistical methods was made. It is worth noting that most misuses occurred in some of the most basic statistical methods. To this end, it is recommended that both medical schools and on-the-job medical workers should further strengthen the basic knowledge of medical statistics, which is very useful for improving the quality of our scientific research papers on medical hygiene.
