研究了B位二元复合钙钛石型氧化物LaFeyMn1-yO3对氨氧化反应的催化性能,用多种手段对催化剂进行了表征.讨论了氨氧化反应中NO选择性与催化剂固物圳化学性质之间的关系.发现催化剂的品体结构和过渡金属离子的氧化还原性质是影响催化剂物化性质和催化性能的重要困素.B位少量掺杂对NO选择性的影响是显著的.富锰区NO选择性主要取决于Mn4+离子的浓度,富铁区则主要与Fe离子的状态和催化剂的缺陷结构有关.
The catalytic activity of B-site binary composite perovskite oxide LaFeyMn1-yO3 for ammoxidation was studied. The catalyst was characterized by various means. The relationship between NO selectivity in ammoxidation and the chemical properties of the catalyst, Katsushika, was discussed. It is found that the structure of the catalyst and the redox properties of the transition metal ions are important factors that affect the physico-chemical properties and catalytic performance of the catalyst. The effect of a small amount of B doping on NO selectivity is significant. The NO selectivity in the Mn-rich region is mainly determined by the concentration of Mn4 + ions. The iron-rich region is mainly related to the state of Fe ions and the defect structure of the catalyst.
