本文用微波(2450mHz)照射兔阴囊,使阴囊皮肤温度升至41~42℃,维持20min。用电镜观察照射后30min至4个月之间不同时间阶段附睾中段的附睾管周组织超微结构改变,同时还观察照射后12h至30d之间不同时间阶段,对附睾管周组织内碱性磷酸酶细胞化学的影响。照射后1/2~1h,即见平滑肌细胞和毛细血管内皮细胞呈现明显的形态学改变。24h~3d后,小管周组织增厚,其中的固有膜增厚内凸明显。3~4个月后,平滑肌细胞一般已恢复正常形态,但小管周组织的增厚和固有膜的内凸仍然存在。碱性磷酸酶分布于基膜、固有膜、最内层平滑肌细胞胞浆及其表面小泡。照射后12h碱性磷酸酶活动无明显改变,15d后明显减少,30d后接近正常。
