“七○砂”和石英砂比较,具有避免矽肺病,清砂方便,生产率高,铸件表面光洁,资源广泛等一系列优点。因此,近年来“七○砂”的推广使用的,范围越来越广。但是,在使用中普遍感到它的造型工艺性和保存性不稳定,分析它的原因,主要有以下两方面:一是原砂选择不当;二是混碾工艺不当。为此我们对原砂性质、调浆工艺进行了一些试验,制订了“七○砂”原砂选择技术要求、粘结剂的调浆、时效工艺,供试验、验收和选择矿石、加工原砂时参考。
