每个校长都期望能够招聘到好教师,因为教师是影响学校未来发展的核心力量。对老百姓而言,评判家门口的学校是否是好学校的标准,主要就是看学校教师的专业水平。但是,好教师从哪里来?做好教师队伍建设的“顶层设计”我认为,好教师不是从教育人才市场中来,而是在从事教育事业的过程中慢慢成长起来的,而好的教师管理机制有助于更多优秀教师的脱颖
Each principal expects to recruit good teachers because teachers are the core force that affects the future development of the school.
