目的:从形态学角度分析大脑深部的静脉与松果体区手术入路的关系。方法:在手术显微镜下对17例成人脑标本的大脑深部静脉进行观察。结果:大脑内静脉位于松果体外上方占61.7%,其间距为3.0±1.3mm;基底静脉位于松果体外下方占58.8%,其间距为4.4±1.3mn1;所有大脑大静脉均位于松果体后上方,其起点位于松果体后上方占47.5%、后方占21.0%。大脑大静脉的起点与松果体之间的距离为6.6±3.2mm。结论:经幕下小腋上入路途径对大脑深部静脉损伤最小。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the deep vein in the brain and the surgical approach in the pineal region from the morphological point of view. Methods: The deep cerebral veins of 17 adult brain specimens were observed under a surgical microscope. Results: The intracerebral veins located above the pineal in vitro, accounting for 61.7% of the total, with a distance of 3.0 ± 1.3mm. The basal veins were located 58.8% below the pineal in vitro with a pitch of 4.4 ± 1.3mn1 ; All of the great cerebral veins are located in the back of the pineal body, which starts at 47.5% of the upper part of the pineal body and 21.0% of the rear part. The distance between the beginning of the great cerebral vein and the pineal gland is 6.6 ± 3.2 mm. Conclusion: There is minimal damage to the deep vein of the brain through the approach of the small axillary approach.
