本文建立了中国城镇居民就业方程的多层模型,并提出了相应的就业性别差异分解方法,用于分析区域经济环境对就业性别差异的影响。研究结果表明,在所有地区劳动力市场中,均存在明显的就业性别差异,就业性别差异完全由性别歧视导致;虽然地区市场化水平的提高有助于个体就业,导致就业性别差异的缩小,但无法使就业性别歧视得到明显的缓解。因此,政府在提高欠发达地区的市场化水平和经济社会发展水平的同时,应注重区域经济的协调发展,实施公平的就业制度,这将有助于缓解针对女性的就业歧视,进而抑制就业性别差异的持续扩大。
This paper establishes a multi-layer model of employment equation for urban residents in China and proposes a corresponding method of gender differences decomposition to analyze the impact of regional economic environment on employment gender differences.
