随着可再生能源发电技术的日益成熟和售电侧市场放开,含分布式电源用户或微网等电能产销者参与的市场交易问题正得到越来越多的关注。以含风电、光伏、储能(简称风光储)、微网的大用户为研究对象,在日前电力市场的环境下,计及可再生能源出力的波动性,建立了由风力发电机组、光伏电池、储能系统组成的含风光储微网的大用户短期交易决策模型,并采用条件风险价值量化大用户的交易风险,为评估含风光储微网的大用户参与市场交易的风险提供了一种可行方法。最后,通过算例仿真验证了模型的正确性和合理性,说明蓄电池有助于降低大用户在短期交易中的风险。
