The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) issued a message a few days ago. Starting from the 1st of this year, toys, baby carriages, children’s safety seats and other 15 categories will be exported without statutory inspection and quarantine. This means that export toy companies or their consignors and agents do not need to hold the “Exit Customs Clearance” issued by the inspection and quarantine department to bid for the export formalities.
