中小企业走向世界是中国对外经济交流合作的一个重要组成部分,也是中小企业自身谋求进一步发展的重要途径,可以预见在不久的将来,我国会有更多的中小企业加入到国际化经营的行列。按照国际商务理论对市场进入方式选择的基本原则宜采用出口进入模式,而合理的营销组合(即4P’s组合)策略是采用此模式成功进入国际市场的关键。
SME to the world is an important part of China’s foreign economic cooperation and exchange. It is also an important way for small and medium-sized enterprises to seek further development. It can be foreseen that in the near future, more and more SMEs in our country will join the ranks of international operations. According to the international business theory, the basic principle of market access should adopt the mode of export entry. The reasonable marketing mix (ie 4P’s) strategy is the key to successful international market access.
