惠州炼化主要采用加氢裂化和加氢精制工艺生产乙烯料组分,可能作为乙烯料的组分有蜡油加氢裂化轻石脑油、蜡油加氢裂化重石脑油、煤柴油加氢裂化轻石脑油、煤柴油加氢裂化重石脑油、汽柴油加氢精制石脑油、重整戊烷油、芳烃抽余油等。对潜在的乙烯裂解原料组分进行分析对比,选择理想的乙烯料组分。分析各种可能的乙烯料组分性质发现,蜡油加氢裂化重石脑油和煤柴油加氢裂化重石脑油烷烃含量均低于40%,不适合作为乙烯料,但是它们的环烷烃含量较高,是优质的重整原料。其他5种组分烷烃含量均满足乙烯料的质量要求。其中,汽柴油加氢精制石脑油的正构烷烃含量高达48.7%,是理想的乙烯裂解原料。实际生产中,对乙烯料组分进行优化调整,生产出的乙烯料正构烷烃含量约为30%,异构烷烃含量约为45%,且硫含量低,属于优质的乙烯料。
