免疫功能健全小鼠肾囊移植人体肿瘤法(SRCA)是近年来建立的一种体内方法,用于预测临床肿瘤患者化疗敏感性及新药抗瘤谱。我们利用这一方法(6天法) 观察了10例手术切除的肿瘤组织对6种化疗药物的敏感性,对照组移植可评价率为9/10。手术切除的癌组织块小鼠SRC后对不同药物处理的敏感性与这些药物在临床上的效应较为接近。此外,初步观察了新抗癌药米托葸醌和大蒜素对8种人实体瘤SRC移植后的效应。我们认为:SRC法具有快速、简便易行和临床相关性较好的特点,对临床化疗药物的选择,化疗方案的设计及开发研究抗癌新药均有一定实用价值。
The immune function of the healthy mouse kidney capsule transplantation human tumor method (SRCA) is an in vivo method established in recent years, used to predict chemotherapy sensitivity and anti-tumor spectrum of new drugs in clinical cancer patients. We used this method (6-day method) to observe the sensitivity of 10 surgically resected tumor tissues to 6 chemotherapeutic drugs, and the control group had a 9/10 evaluation rate of transplantation. The sensitivity of SRC after surgical resection of cancerous tissue blocks to different drugs is similar to the clinical effect of these drugs. In addition, the effects of the new anticancer drugs mitoxantrone and allicin on SRC transplantation in 8 human solid tumors were initially observed. We believe that: SRC method has the characteristics of rapid, easy and clinically relevant. It has certain practical value for the selection of clinical chemotherapy drugs, the design and development of chemotherapy programs and the development of new anticancer drugs.
