目的:研究自分泌运动因子(Autotaxin,ATX)在胃癌中的表达及其对肿瘤浸润转移的作用。方法:利用免疫组化技术研究ATX在73例胃癌手术切除标本及50例正常人胃黏膜组织标本之间的差异。结果:ATX在正常胃黏膜组织、胃癌组织、癌旁组织均有表达且有显著差异,癌旁组织与正常组织表达差异不明显。ATX表达与胃癌病人的性别、年龄、位置、大小无关,而与胃癌的组织学类型、分化程度、浸润深度、转移及TNM分期有关。肿瘤组织分化程度差,浸润较深,淋巴结转移,ⅢⅣ肿瘤的AT X表达明显高于组织分化程度较好,浸润较浅,无淋巴结转移,ⅠⅡ期肿瘤。结论:ATX高表达在胃癌浸润转移中有重要意义。
Objective: To study the expression of autotaxin (ATX) in gastric cancer and its role in tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to study the difference of ATX between 73 gastric cancer resected specimens and 50 normal gastric mucosa specimens. Results: The expression of ATX in normal gastric mucosa, gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues was significantly different, but there was no significant difference between adjacent tissues and normal tissues. The expression of ATX was not related to the gender, age, location and size of patients with gastric cancer, but was related to the histological type, differentiation, depth of invasion, metastasis and TNM staging of gastric cancer. Tumor tissue differentiation is poor, deep infiltration, lymph node metastasis, Ⅲ Ⅳ tumor AT X expression was significantly higher than the degree of tissue differentiation, infiltration of shallow, no lymph node metastasis, Ⅰ Ⅱ tumor. Conclusion: The high expression of ATX is important in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
