目的探讨新型数字血管减影机安装及防护建设的特点,提高放射防护建设水平以保障身体健康。方法根据我院新型落地式机器人C臂数字血管减影机的主要性能特点,分析机房选址与安装过程中重点环节和注意事项。结果经改建后原有场地能满足新型设备的安装要求;良好的底座固定是确保落地式设备使用的关键。做好包括出线管道及各类洞口的各类防护、加强操作人员个人防护和完善的个人剂量监测可有效促进相关建设工作。结论加强新型数字血管减影机场地的放射防护建设,有利于保障放射工作人员的健康。
Objective To explore the characteristics of the installation and protection of new digital blood vessel subtraction cameras and to improve the level of radiation protection to ensure their health. Methods According to the main performance characteristics of the C-arm digital vasaector for the new floor-standing robots in our hospital, the key links and precautions during the site selection and installation of the engine room were analyzed.
