目的分析2009—2013年楚雄市中小学在校学生传染病发病情况,为制定相应防控措施提供决策依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2009—2013年楚雄市中小学在校学生传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2009—2013年楚雄市中小学在校学生共报告传染病1 354例,年平均发病率为346.80/10万,无甲类传染病报告,报告乙类传染病9种199例,占报告传染病总数的14.7%;报告丙类传染病7种559例,占报告传染病总数的41.29%;报告其他类传染病4种596例,占报告传染病总数的44.02%。以呼吸道传染病为主,共报告1 130例,占报告传染病总数的83.46%。报告病例数居前5位的传染病共1 174例,占病例总数的86.71%,其中水痘582例(占49.57%)、流行性腮腺炎244例(占20.78%)、风疹134例(占11.41%)、手足口病117例(占9.97%)、甲型H1N1流感97例(占8.26%)。结论楚雄市中小学校应以防控呼吸道传染病为重点,加强麻腮风、水痘疫苗的预防接种;加强对中小学校传染病的规范管理和监督力度。
Objective To analyze the incidence of infectious diseases among primary and secondary school students in Chuxiong from 2009 to 2013 and provide the basis for decision making. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological data of infectious diseases among primary and secondary school students in Chuxiong from 2009 to 2013. Results A total of 1 354 infectious diseases were reported from primary and middle schools in Chuxiong from 2009 to 2013, with an average annual incidence of 346.80 / 100,000. There were no reports of type A infectious diseases and 199 kinds of 9 types of infectious diseases of type B, accounting for reported infections Accounting for 14.7% of the total number of cases; 559 cases of Category 7 infectious diseases were reported, accounting for 41.29% of the total reported communicable diseases; and 596 cases of 4 other kinds of infectious diseases, accounting for 44.02% of the total reported communicable diseases. A total of 1 130 cases of respiratory infectious diseases were reported, accounting for 83.46% of the total reported communicable diseases. A total of 1 174 cases were reported, accounting for 86.71% of the total cases, of which 582 were chickenpox (49.57%), 244 were mumps (20.78%), 134 were rubella (11.41%) %), 117 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease (9.97%), 97 cases of influenza A (H1N1) (8.26%). Conclusion Chuxiong primary and secondary schools should focus on the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases, strengthen the vaccination of measles and chickenpox, varicella vaccine; strengthen the standard management and supervision of primary and secondary school infectious diseases.
