本文以4个水稻杂交组合的F_1为材料,经离体幼穗培养获得再生植株,就再生后代的性状变异及分离规律进行了分析。株高、穗长等10个农艺性状的方差分析表明,离体幼穗培养的衍生后代与F_2代有显著差异。平均数比较时,经L.S.D法测定有极显著差异。对10个性状进行综合评价时发现,衍生后代的性状分离倾向于易培养的亲本。因此认为,这种性状分离的方式很可能与培养过程中配子的选择性及适应性有关。
In this paper, four F1 hybrids of rice were used as materials, and the regenerated plants were obtained from young panicles cultured in vitro. The variation and separation of traits of regenerated offspring were analyzed. Analysis of variance of ten agronomic traits, such as plant height and spike length, showed that the derived offspring of young panicle culture had significant difference with F_2 generation. When the average was compared, there was a very significant difference as determined by the L.S.D method. A comprehensive evaluation of the 10 traits found that trait separation of the progeny tended to be easier to cultivate. Therefore, it is considered that the way of trait segregation is likely to be related to the selectivity and adaptability of gametes in the process of cultivation.
