一、石油支付风险国际市场石油现货价格变化较烈,金融市场汇率浮动较大,使任何一个承包商在接受石油支付时,都不可避免地要承担某些风险。风险的种类和大小,因工程的具体情况、业主及承包商本身的能力各异。就一般情况如下。1.量差。石油取货发票上的数量往往与实际取得的数量不符,据多方面了解,短缺量在0.5～1%之间。
