利福平与其它药物的联合应用对于非结核性感染具有良好的治疗效果。作者分析650例病人,有效者占562例。最常联用的药物有氨基糖苷类抗生素(主要为艮他霉素),Cotrimoxazole、粘菌素、万古霉素以及梭链孢酸(fusidic acid),后两种用于葡萄球菌感染。利福平联合治疗的适应症是尿路感染(有效率64.9%)、骨感染(86.9%)、葡萄球菌心内膜炎(85.0%)、革兰氏阳性菌所致的呼吸道感染(97.7%)、皮肤或软组织感染(83.3%)以及细菌性脑膜炎(100%)。利福平与两性霉素 B 合用治疗霉菌感染也值得给予特别重视。本文并评价7650例病人对药物的
The combination of rifampicin and other drugs has a good therapeutic effect on non-tuberculosis infection. The authors analyzed 650 patients, effective 562 cases. The most commonly used drugs are aminoglycoside antibiotics (mainly gentamicin), Cotrimoxazole, colistin, vancomycin and fusidic acid, the latter two for staphylococcal infections. Indications for rifampicin combination therapy are urinary tract infections (64.9%), bone infections (86.9%), staphylococcal endocarditis (85.0%), Gram-positive respiratory infections (97.7% ), Skin or soft tissue infections (83.3%), and bacterial meningitis (100%).
