目的观察c-Src蛋白及核仁磷蛋白/B23(NPM1)在肺腺癌组织中的表达并探讨与化疗疗效的关系。方法选择2012-10-10/2015-06-30期间怀化市第一人民医院确诊的肺腺癌患者的肿瘤标本共107例,采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达情况,分析c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达与肺腺癌发生、发展的关系,其中Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者55例予以吉西他滨联合顺铂方案规则化疗4疗程,探讨c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达与化疗疗效的关系。结果 c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白在肺腺癌组织中皆为阳性表达,临床分期越高,c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达越高,同时c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白在肿瘤细胞的表达随分化程度的升高而降低,化疗疗效随c-Src蛋白和NPM1蛋白的表达升高而降低。结论高表达c-Src、NPM1的肺腺癌化疗敏感性较差,高表达c-Src和NPM1可能与肺腺癌低分化有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of c-Src and NP-1 in lung adenocarcinoma and to investigate the relationship between the expression of c-Src and chemotherapy efficacy. Methods A total of 107 tumor samples from patients with lung adenocarcinoma confirmed by Huaihua First People’s Hospital from October 10, 2015 to June 30, 2012 were collected. The expression of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining . The relationship between the expression of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein and the occurrence and development of lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed. Among them, 55 patients in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ were treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin regimen for 4 cycles. The expressions of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein Relationship with chemotherapy efficacy. Results The expression of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein were all positive in lung adenocarcinoma. The higher the clinical stage was, the higher the expression of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein were. The expression of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein in tumor cells The degree of chemotherapy decreased with the increase of c-Src protein and NPM1 protein. Conclusions The chemosensitivity of lung adenocarcinoma with high expression of c-Src and NPM1 is poor. High expression of c-Src and NPM1 may be associated with poorly differentiated lung adenocarcinoma.
