本组痛风11例,男性10例,女性1例;平均年龄56.8±10.3岁(34～82岁),其中10例年龄≥49岁。本组中10例有误诊或漏诊史,误诊率为90.9％。误诊疾病以类风漫性关节炎居多,共5人次;其他误诊疾病有风湿性关节炎、蜂窝组织炎、丹毒、创伤性关节炎及毒虫咬等内外科疾病。误诊时间最短3个月,最长12年。全组合并疾病有高血压病伴高脂血症2例,肥胖症伴高脂血症1例,高血压性脑出血1例,高脂血症伴脑血栓1例,糖尿病1例。 本组血尿酸平均值为498.04±37.19μmol/L(440.15～535.32μmol/L)。 本组痛风性关节炎临床表现:11例均表现为发作性关节肿痛,且均有夜间发作或加重史。受累关节
