本文研究了银─邻菲琳─二溴苯基荧光酮的显色反应,提出了测定微量银的分光光度法。雕pH为6.5,分子组成比为Ag ̄+:phen:DBPF=1:2:1,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_560=3.24×10 ̄4L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1),银含量在0~50μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,此法用于阳极泥中银的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, the color reaction of silver-o-phenanthrene-dibromophenylfluorone was studied. The spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace silver was proposed. The molecular weight ratio of Ag ~ +: phen: DBPF = 1: 2: 1 and the apparent molar absorptivity ε_560 = 3.24 × 10 ~ 4L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ -1). The Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 50μg / 25mL. The method was applied to the determination of silver in anode slime with satisfactory results.
