在前程无忧论坛上,有太多有过面试经历的求职者,笔者通过对他们的采访,总结出3个10次面试9次会被HR问到的面试问题。大概率问题1:离职原因是什么?从求职者角度来说,离职的原因不外乎这样几种:钱少、离家远、没前途、压力大、人际关系不好等等。这些都是非常客观和现实的问题,不能因为这些原因而否定这个人。但是,从公司角度出发,虽然面试官明白应聘者的心中有诸多委屈不满,但是他也同样会担心一旦雇佣了这位应聘者,将来有一天他也会用同样的方法来对待自己的公司。
