目的 研究丙戊酸钠注射剂对癫痫儿脑电活动的影响。方法 采用功率谱分析技术分析用药前后的脑电背景活动 ,并计数痫样放电。结果 用药后 2h ,α、β频段功率百分比显著下降 ,用药后 4~ 8h回升至用药前水平。 10例患者中 3例痫样放电减少 ,6例无明显变化 ,1例未能完成计数。结论 丙戊酸钠静脉注射引起脑电图α、β频段相对功率一过性下降
Objective To study the effect of sodium valproate injection on the EEG activity of epileptic children. Methods Power spectrum analysis was used to analyze the background activity of EEG before and after treatment and the epileptiform discharges were counted. Results 2h after treatment, the percentage of α, β band power decreased significantly, 4 ~ 8h after treatment returned to the level before treatment. In 10 patients, 3 cases of epileptiform discharge reduced, 6 cases had no obvious change, 1 case failed to complete the count.
