目的:通过培养子宫肌瘤及子宫平滑肌组织细胞并探讨纤维蛋白激活因子/纤维蛋白激活物抑制因子系统(PA/PAI)的差异表达,为腹腔镜子宫动脉阻断术联合子宫肌瘤剜除术治疗子宫肌瘤提供依据。方法:选取8例子宫肌瘤患者分别采取子宫肌瘤及子宫平滑肌细胞进行原代培养并传代,应用实时定量PCR及免疫细胞对uPA/PAI进行检测。结果:子宫肌瘤细胞中,u-PA mRNA相对表达(0.133±0.188)低于平滑肌细胞(0.333±0.316),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PAI-1 mRNA在肌瘤细胞中的表达为(0.092±0.037)显著高于平滑肌细胞(0.017±0.022),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肌瘤细胞u-PA蛋白表达(8.807±1.639)显著低于平滑肌组织(22.175±4.379),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);子宫肌瘤细胞PAI-1蛋白表达(44.771±1.091)显著高于平滑肌组织(35.889±5.354)。结论:A/PAI系统在子宫肌瘤及正常子宫平滑肌细胞中存在表达差异,子宫动脉阻断术后子宫肌瘤萎缩而子宫存活与此有关。

Conclusion: A / PAI system in uterine fibroids and normal uterine smooth muscle cells in the presence of expression differences, uterine fibroids after uterine artery atrophy and uterine fibroids atrophy related to this.
